OKSO’s WordPress website maintenance packages come in five flavours.

These packages apply for existing WordPress website clients.

Entry packages

L1: from £75 per month

• Monthly backing up of all WordPress files, including theme and database
• Update core WordPress files
• Update all theme files and extensions
• Update all plugins
• Data back-up delivered once a month * 12-month contract

L2: from £150 per month

• All level 1 features PLUS
• Basic updates to the current site (maximum 2 hours a month) – new content, text corrections, file uploads, social feed checking etc.
• Data back-up delivered once a month. * 12-month contract

Advanced Packages

L3: from £300 per month

• All level 1 features PLUS
• Basic updates to current site (maximum 4 hours a month) – new content, text corrections, file uploads, social feed checking etc.
• Data back-up delivered once a month. * 12-month contract

L4: from £600 per month

• All level 1 features but every week
• Minor updates to current site (maximum 2 hours a week) – new content, text corrections, file uploads, social feed checking etc.
• Data back-up delivered once a month. * 12-month contract

L5: from £995 per month

• All level 1 features but daily
• Minor updates to current site(maximum 4 hours a week) – new content, text corrections, file uploads, social feed checking etc.
• Data back-up delivered once a month. * 12-month contract

All clients have priority access to:

• OKSO’s private support area
• Direct and immediate support via email and mobil

External website clients (currently have a WordPress website build by another supplier). If you’re looking to commission a maintenance package, we’ll assist you in making your installation secure and help you with any ongoing development. Daily options are Monday – Friday/ Regular UK office hours.
